Seven Resourcing are currently looking for an interim Programme Support Officer to work in Gloucester. This position is initially for a 9 month period and will be paying £11.88 per hour. The role will involve working 18.5 – 22 hours per week.

The role:

Responsible for supporting the Programme Manager and workstream leads in the organisation and delivery of the programme. This will include supporting with programme governance and oversight, through the organisation / coordination of key meetings and maintenance of programme documentation, but will also involve leading on discrete actions / pieces of work, under the direction of Programme Manager or workstream leads.

Key Responsibilities:

      Support the programme by undertaking technical and administrative tasks under the direction of the programme manager or workstream leads

Assist the programme manager in making sure that corporate standards for the governance of projects and programmes are met

Support the engagement of all key stakeholders preparing communications and consultation materials and organising events

Apply project and programme management tools and techniques to support the development of plans and the monitoring of implementation

Produce and present reports to assist the manager and board in monitoring and evaluating progress

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
  • Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 18 – 22 hours per week.
