Registered Home Manager

Location: Choppington, Northumberland

Hours: Full-time, Permanent. 37.5hrs per week

Salary: Circa £50,000

Here at Seven Social Care we are currently working with a private provider of residential services for adults, whom provide care services for elderly adults and service users with Dementia and/or physical difficulties

As a the registered manager of the service you have vast experience in running a nursing or elderly residential service; someone who inspires others through effective leadership and holds strong values that will ensure the service thrives and provides the greatest level of care to its users.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the residents of this 61 Bed residential property are treated with kindness and utmost respect
  • Ensuring the service is well staffed and employees are motivated to deliver the best standards of care
  • Recruiting, Training and Retention of Staff.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 5 NVQ in Leadership for Health and Social Care
  • Managerial Experience in running a residential service for users who live with dementia
  • Registered Nurse with a valid up to date NMC Pin
