Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

Circa £40,000

Location: Hemsworth, West Yorkshire

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Seven Social Care are currently working with a reputable provider of children’s services currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager for one of their new services in West Yorkshire. Our client specialises in residential and fostering services for children across the UK and has a proven track record of delivering high standards of care throughout its operation, evidential in its consistently positive Ofsted ratings.

Service, Roles & Responsibilities

  • A children’s residential service, catering for up to 8 children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties
  • On-site educational services & therapeutic services
  • Ensuring the needs of young people are recognised & met
  • Providing leadership, guidance & management to staff
  • Working with senior management towards the future growth of the organisation

Experience & Qualifications

  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent qualification
  • Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
  • Proven record of managing a children’s residential service with at least two positive Ofsted inspections
  • Experience managing a residential service for challenging behaviour/EBD with on-site educational services would be advantageous
