Seven Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced residential manager for our respite children’s home for disabled children in Cardiff.
The successful candidate must have leadership skills and a significant experience of management in a respite residential childcare setting.
The individual will be required to work alongside the existing Registered Manager to enhance management capacity in order to provide capacity for the day to day running of the home and to assist the registered manager to lead on the respite homes development agenda. The candidate must have proven leadership skills and a significant experience of management in a respite residential childcare setting.
Qualifications: BTEC Level 4 or higher, National Certificate/Diploma Children’s
Experience: 3+ years in a respite children’s home for disabled children in a senior position
Compliance: Enhanced DBS & Required Certificates.
Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
Hours: 37hours p/w.
