Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Service Manager to work with the Wandsworth Rehabilitation and Recovery Service. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £21.63 per hour (paid to you via an umbrella company).

The role:

To take a lead in running a large, complex and exiting Accommodation service in Mental Health services based in south west London.
To ensure the delivery of a consistent and high quality client centered co-produced service in accordance with the mission statement, values, and strategic objectives of the organisation and within the relevant legislative framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the running and strategic development of the whole service
  • Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of partnerships and engagement strategies
  • To develop joint working and monitoring protocols with key stakeholders and partners for all parts of the service
  • To manage all elements of service performance related to the contract requirements including analysis of KPIs, outcomes and user experience measures
  • To lead on the timely and accurate submission of all internal and external reports detailing interim strategies to address any areas of underperformance in line with contract requirements
  • To lead on the development and implementation the service’s annual Business Plans and Equality plans

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
  • Compliance: Current DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
