Seven Social Care are currently seeking the services of a children’s social worker available to undertake an assignment for minimum period of 3 months on a part-time basis.

The position is available within a children’s safeguarding team and will involve handling a caseload involving child protection and children in need. Candidates will be required for 3 days per week and thus will handle a reduced caseload. Up to £33ph

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing a reduced caseload of child protection and children in need cases
  • May be required for court work on occasions
  • Able to commit to at least 3-month period.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Social Work
  • Registered with HCPC
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post qualifying experience working in children’s social services
  • Full Driving Licence
