Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Support Coordinator Role in the Oxford City area. This contract is initially until the end of March 2020 and the pay rate is £9.26.

The role:

Oxford City Families Service works with young parents aged 16-25 and supports them to maintain a tenancy and address support needs. Experience an advantage but training given. This is a full time position, 37.5 Hours a week. Shift work on a rota: 7.5 hours a day between the hours of 8am – 6pm Mon – Fri.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop client / family or children and young people (as appropriate) led support using person-centred approaches.
  • To undertake assessments and to produce and review support and safety plans for individuals to ensure a high quality standard of support that promotes independent living.
  • To ensure a high standard of service delivery is achieved by championing Home’s values, policies and procedures including safeguarding clients / families or children and young people (as appropriate) and other people at risk of abuse.

  • Qualifications: N/A
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Compliance: Up to date DBS.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
