Seven Social Care is looking for a Temporary Supported Living Worker to work with one of our clients in the Whitley Bay, Northumberland area. You will be paid £9.31 p/h.

Start Date – 3rd of November, 2020.

The role:

  • To ensure customers are provided with timely, high quality and reliable care and support in their chosen settings.
  • To directly deliver individual personal care to customers in line with their care plan, working alongside them to maximise their independence and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with personal care as required which may include personal hygiene, bathing, moving or handling.
  • Follow instructions from Support Coordinator carrying out tasks in a way that demonstrates respect for the privacy, dignity, and value of all customers.
  • Deliver a personal service to customers which is responsive, reliable and high quality.
  • Implement and contribute to person-centred care and support plans and adhere to risk assessments in line with statutory plans also in place.
  • Adhere and contribute to effective communication plans which are in place for each client and adhered to.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
  • Compliance: Proof of right to work and a DBS dated within the last 12 months (or registered on the online update service.)
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 8-8 day shifts on a rolling rota.
