Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Team Leader to work within a residential care setting in Lingfield, Surrey. This role is initially for a period of around 4 months and will be paying £18.58 per hour.

The role:

The Team Leader role at Lingfield is available immediately. It is for a 4 month period. The right candidate will be given a ROTA at least two weeks in advance. The rota will be based on the following shift patterns; 07:00-14:00, 14:00-21:00 Long day and 07:00-21:00. The hiring manager would like to meet potential candidates that are shortlisted before offering the role to set expectations and work together to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of support workers and care assistants.
  • Managing a rota within the home.
  • Ensure smooth running of the home.
  • Liasing with senior managers within the Council.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar environment.
  • Compliance: Recent DBS check.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
