Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Team Manager to work with the Looked After Children Team in Norwich. This contract is initially for a period of 3 months and will be offering an hourly rate of £38.00.

The role:

As a Team Manager you will manage a social work team to deliver “authoritative social work practice” with high quality assessments that are child centred, community focused and multi agency to ensure positive change through developing effective relationships, in both the planning of interventions and case recording.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritises and allocates work to achieve team goals identified in the service plan and to ensure quality standards/KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
  • Regularly reviews team and individual performance against targets, quality assurance standards, professional standards, and relevant action plans. Analyses patterns and trends to improve performance above KPIs and to anticipate, identify, and resolve problems.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience: 2+ years working with children as a qualified Social Worker in the UK.
  • Compliance: Up to date HCPC registration and DBS.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
