Seven Social Care are seeking to secure the services of an experienced Social Worker with the appropriate managerial experience for role of Team Manager within a Leaving Care Team.
As Team Manager you will be working within a diverse team of staff to provide support and guidance to young people at the age where they are leaving the care system and supporting them to living independently. Initially the role is available on an interim basis for a period of 3 months. Successful candidates would expect an hourly rate on offer of up to £38ph.
